ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The 2023 Middle School Leadership Conference from the METCO Directors' Association's Student Activities Committee is a day-long retreat with the theme of character and leadership development.
The Ron Burton Training Village's intensive, high-impact experience will develop and cultivate
new perspectives for participants. Students will get to know METCO Program students across districts, participate in team-building exercises, and build Leadership skills that can be used beyond the classroom.
