Dewayne is a new METCO Director in Concord Public Schools as of last August. Mr. Clachar comes to Concord from Wakefield Public Schools, where he served as the METCO Academic Coordinator at the Galvin Middle School. Alongside his educational career, Mr. Clachar is an accomplished basketball coach, notably holding the position of JV Basketball Coach at Brookline High School. Mr. Clachar is also an alumnus of the METCO program in Bedford Public Schools, where he attended there from first to 12th grade. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a Master’s degree in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University.
