J. Malcolm Cawthorne is the first of five Cawthornes to graduate from Brookline High School. He has been a teacher since 1993 and began teaching at Brookline High School in 1998. Most of his career in Brookline has been as a Social Studies Teacher. He began his METCO journey as student making life-long friends with other METCO students, his father was a METCO Director in Scituate in the 1980s and he joined the METCO family in 2019 as the BHS METCO Coordinator.
